"I was one of Rita's managers at Keep.com. Rita was an excellent worker. She always took initiative when we needed people to cover shifts, and would gladly volunteer to take on extra hours. She was one of our remote General Managers and assisted managing the remote customer service workforce, which consisted of about 25 people. She had excellent communication skills which made her a really strong leader. Her day-to-day responsibilities included resolving customer issues via email, direct communication with retailers, delegated daily tasks to other customer service representatives, provided insight and made executive decisions in complex situations, managed fraudulent orders and assisted the fraud department in monitoring such orders, and other customer service related tasks. Due to the nature of Keep, Rita had a strong voice in shaping the direction of the company. Rita always had valuable input to share and valued the progression of the company. This was noticed by the management team, including myself, and within three months Rita was promoted. Rita is one of the most trust-worthy, compassionate and honest coworkers I've had. She took pride in her position at Keep and always aimed to do better for herself and her coworkers."

“Rita was a welcoming presence in our office, and she was effective in directing visitors to the appropriate resources to meet their needs. She did this with kindness and warmth, even during hectic times with a high volume of visitors. Rita also brought her creativity and insight when our office sought to promote services and resources to a target audience whose attentions was far from easy to secure. In all situations, she was easy to work with, and she brought her eagerness to contribute. Rita understood our office’s purpose, and she used her communication skills and insight of her peers to help my office clarify our marketing messages and effectively used channels to reach our audience.“
