Rita serves as a Workforce Development Specialist and Trainer to DE Consulting. She is Adjunct Faculty at University of the People, Penn Foster and also assisted with courses at Strayer University. Before DE Consulting, Rita served as a Career Development Professional. She handled the career development and coaching plans for thousands of students.
Rita has extensive experience in highered, event production, strategic communication, and workforce development. Rita currently serves as an Applicant Reader for the Mandela Washington Fellowship. She is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She is a graduate of the University of Oregon, Northcentral University and George Fox University.
